Immersion in Circle Dances – The Meditative Path with Adriana Bisconsin and invited Circle Dance Teachers.
A retreat of silence, meditation, music and dances.
The Immersion Workshop in Circle Dances is offered in 5 days of high intensity and power of transformation. The repertoire includes 30 circle dances. It happens every other February and the participants are expected to have experience in Dance, Circle Dances and/or body work.
This workshop is aimed at the Dancer’s body work. Most of the choreographic repertoire comprises choreographies composed by Adriana Bisconsin and it also include mantras, Mandalas in Motion dances and also choreographies learned directly from one of Adriana’s master teachers in Circle Dances: Friedel Kloke.

Location: Casa de Retiros Santo André (Catholic Retreat House) – Curitiba-PR.

Conduction of the work: Adriana Bisconsin – Co-founder of Giraflor Danças Circulares, created in 2006. Music Therapist, Writer and Researcher of music applied to Circle Dances. Facilitator and Choreographer of Circle Dances since 2004. Circle Dance Training with Friedel Kloke-Eibl: Meditation Des Tanzes. Master in Neurolinguistics Programming. Teacher of Circle Dance workshops in several Brazilian States. Teacher of Circle Dances at Centro de Capacitação em Artes Guido Viaro in Paraná State, where she was a pioneer and rooted the Circle Dance legacy. Adriana conducts Circle Dances in the areas of Health, Education and Organic Circle Creations.
About the location: It is a catholic retreat house with a good structure that provides the participants comfort and simplicity at the same time. The rooms are single, and the meals are light, balanced and tasty. All meals are included.
About the daily routine during the workshop: We start dancing in the morning, stop for lunch, rest and resume dancing in mid-afternoon. We usually close the day at 6 pm. After dinner, the nights are organized on a daily basis: circle chats, meditative night, free night and free practice.
